At Marina Cove, Council
Grove Marina has a 20 ft pontoon boat equipped with a bimini and a 85 hp electric start outboard
for rent. The pontoon boat capacity is 9 people.
We also have a 16ft fiber glass fishing boat with 18 hp outboard for rent. The
fishing boat capacity is 4 adults or 600 lbs. All safety equipment
including life-jackets is provided. The boats are available for rent by the
day or half-day. The rental day is 8AM-6PM. The morning half-day is
8AM-12:30PM and the afternoon half-day is 1PM-6PM.
The half-day rate for
the pontoon boat is $80.00 plus gas and oil.
The day rate for the pontoon boat is $150.00 plus gas and oil.
The half-day rate for the fishing boat is $45.00 plus gas and oil.
The day rate is $80.00 plus gas and oil.
An inspection of the propeller on either boat, is made before leaving the marina and the
condition is noted on the rental form. If there is any damage to the
propeller upon returning the boat to the marina, an additional $50.00 charge will be
assessed.
We also have a paddle
boat and 3 canoes for rent. The paddle boat and canoes are available to rent by the hour, half-day
or day.
The hourly rate is $5.00.
The half-day rate (4-6 hours) is $20.00.
The day rate (6-10 hours is $30.00.
All boats are for
daylight use only and must be returned before sunset or 6PM, whichever comes
first. All boats are rented for use on the reservoir only.
To ensure a boat is
available when you want it, we recommend calling ahead for a reservation. A
credit card is required to reserve a boat.
Please call the day before your reservation if you wish to cancel.
No-shows are charged the full rental fee.
Council Grove Marina LLC is
not responsible for loss due to theft, accident or acts of God. All
renters are expected to carry their own insurance. |
