At Marina Cove, Council Grove Marina has 18 slips available for rent. Two of the slips are for use exclusively by sailboats and 8 are covered.

Dry sail is available for the trailer-sailor enthusiast. Rate is $45.00 per month.

A breakwater, maintained by the Corps of Engineers, and the location of the slips in Marina Cove, help to minimize wave action at the slips.

Rates for 2012:

Current slip renters who wish to reserve a slip for next year will have to make a deposit of 25% of the seasonal rent that will be applied towards next years rent. This deposit has to be made before the end of October.

To qualify for seasonal rates, the renter must rent a slip for 5 of the 7 months of the season and payment for the season made in full when you put your boat in the slip.

Rates are less if rented for the season. 

A special 20% discount off slip rates is available to our monthly and seasonal campers. 

Uncovered:
20’ slips are $385.00/season or $85.00/month.
24’ slips are $440.00/season or $97.00/month.
28' slips are $495.00/season or $109.00/month.
 

Covered:
24' slips are $875/season or $198.00/month.
28' slips are $980/season or $220.00/month.
The daily rate for an uncovered slip is $15.00, or $25.00 for a covered slip, if a slip is available

The season runs from April 1 thru October 31. The off season is from November 1 to March 31.

Council Grove Marina LLC is not responsible for loss due to theft, accident or acts of God. All renters are expected to carry their own insurance.
